In case of receiving a damaged or wrong product, please shoot an email with a VIDEO of unpacking your parcel at hello@maahru.in, within 48 hours of delivery. We would only be able to replace or take return if the photos and videos are shared in time, in case of  

1 .Incorrect parcel which does not match with your ordered product

2 .Design or manufacturing flaw

3 .Only size exchange if the jewellery is not the size you ordered

4 .Customized product not eligible for exchange or return

5 .Sale product not eligible for return 

6 .No refund/cancellation will be accepted once the order has been dispatched 

ONLY IN CASE OF DEFECT OR WRONG PRODUCT, THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY WILL BE VALID.
